For WSE Italy - thatoperates company-owned centers and provides services and support tosub-franchisees with a total footprint of around 60 centers- we’recurrently looking for an IT Manager, reporting to the General Manager and indotted line to the International IT function.

The candidateis responsible for and managesstrategies and support for applications that help to implement key businessprocesses including telemarketing, sales pipeline, customer support, and ERPfor purchasing and financials.

He/she definitely hasa hands - on approach and is able to work with local and global supportpartners and vendors to ensure full system support and stability.


  • At least 5 years IT managing experience

  • Experience working with operations and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements

  • Experience communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings

  • Willingness to work flexible schedule as necessary

  • Project management skills

  • Technical expertise in one or more IT related fields including networking, Microsoft administration, MySQL and SQL


  • Bachelor’s Degree in ComputerScience, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or technical discipline

  • Experience managing teams inIT environment

  • Experience in Procurement, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Asset Management

  • Skills in leadership development and team building

  • Excellent understanding of computers

  • Proven ability to manage multiplies tasks

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audience.
