Extended knowledge of Work Labor Law applicable in Italy (CCNL Turismo)

Job Summary (this is a fixed-term contract)
Manages the entire Payroll process for the hotel (during the season and hotel closure) and supports implementation of the Clock Machine System (Zucchetti Software).
Communicates with all department leaders for collecting the Time Attendance Sheet and ensure accuracy of the back-up compensations documents (Vacation, ROL, Sick Leave, Extra Hours, etc.)
Processes the Payroll by applying Italian & Marriott Laws, Policies and Procedures;
Coordinates all Employment Relations in partnership with our Payroll Consultant (communicating: hirings, terminations, employee data changes, work injuries, etc.)
Responsible of all Employees Files, Record Retention, Filing and Achieving of the Payroll documents
Responsible of Reporting, Payroll Audit and Compliance.
Acts as a consultant for the employees in all aspects of the Labor Contract for our industry.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
