Position

Acqua di Parma is looking for an E-Business manager with luxury / retail experience, leading multi-channel, cross-functional initiatives, demonstrating a strategic, analytical sensibility with strong operational skills.

The candidate will be responsible for the management of the online sales of Acqua di Parma Worldwide.

She/he will report to EMEA Commercial Director, with the following key responsibilities:

  • Drive the global e-commerce and e-retailing teams of Acqua di Parma, managing all aspects, P&L, operations, development, delivering Net Sales in line with the strategic plan.

  • Prepare the e-commerce business expansion plan, supported by delivered results, finding the best markets to open in, preparing the business plan and delivering it.

  • Manage the e-retailing business WW, creating the long term vision of the business, managing the global financial pillars of the channel, coordinating the countries, providing the needed tools to succeed.

  • Partner with countries in managing the yearly negotiations with main Clients, helping the countries in succeeding in building a profitable cooperation.

  • Spread the knowledge of online business in Acqua di Parma countries, enlarging the capabilities and autonomy of the teams, aiming to make them autonomous and self-conscious about the potential and profitability of the channel.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to be supported by the best content, media and product plan possible both for e-commerce and e-retailing.

  • Build the long term strategy of Acqua di Parma business online.

  • Own and manage the whole e-business P&L including budgeting of sales, expenses and developments.

    Profile

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience working in e-Commerce role responsible for increasing sales revenue, with a proven background in managing P&L increasing sales.

  • 3+ years' experience managing e-retailing activities, growing global e-retailing sales.

  • 6+ years' experience managing a team.

  • 3+ years' experience at an HQ level, managing different countries.

  • Advanced skills in managing a 360° business, autonomously managing a P&L and investment plan, owning the budget.

  • Strong working knowledge of the entire Digital Marketing mix (email campaigns, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media and more).

  • Fluent in English.
