Role purpose:

You will have a unique opportunity to be a part of the Controlling team of E_Lite, a YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP & Kering Group joint venture, in charge of managing ad supporting the Online business of the Kering Luxury brands.

The ideal candidate will have a 2/3 year background in financial controlling or audit.

The Financial & Consolidation Junior controller, under the supervision of the Planning & Controlling Manager, will support all the activities related to the financial reporting to the brands and the consolidation of the business results to the Group, having the chance to learn controlling dynamics in a complex and multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the financial closure process guaranteeing accurate and timely delivery of tasks assigned

• Collaborate on all month-end reporting related activities, ensuring the timely submission of all the monthly reporting package

• Monitor all the recharges to group entities making sure that all the IC flows are properly reconciliated

• Daily monitoring of sales and KPIs trend

• Interface with brand’s control departments for the weekly/monthly reporting vs Headquarter

• Assist on budget/forecast preparation, related reporting and consolidation process

• Carry out specific analysis when needed

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Economics or Finance

• 2-3 years of experience in the role

• Strong analytical mindset

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge Oracle Hyperion will be a plus

• Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot, Macro Database)

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
