Job Description:

  • Technical background

  • Previous experience in Health and safety departments of structured companies or on behalf of consulting companies

  • Knowledge of the legislation (d. LGs. 81/08, D. LGs. 152/06);

  • Knowledge of management systems according to the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001;

  • Able to work independently

  • Available to travel (30% of time)

  • Fluent in English

General Requirements:

Dematic Italy, based in Cernusco sul Naviglio, is hiring an HEALTH AND SAFETY SPECIALIST

Reporting to the EHS&S Manager the candidate will strongly contribute in

  • Updating of the risk assessment document and definition of improvement plans;

  • Drafting of procedures and operating instructions of contract;

  • Planning and acting, in collaboration with the other company functions, audit/inspection on site (with consequent compilation of reports) in order to verify and ensure the correct application of procedures and Corporate security standards.

  • Organizing of all technical and administrative audits foreseen in the equipment field;

  • Implementing the procedures on accidents, accidents at work, near misses survey;

  • Managing health surveillance/medical examinations;

  • Verifying DPI;

  • Management of data collection and issuance of related safety and environmental reports provided by current standards and company standards;
