Job Description / Information

Activities regarding instrumentation and implants kit assembly

Following the process about return of material from customers

Return & inspection products

Kits Replenishment

Cannibalization and decommission kits

Daily planning activities with the line guide “firs In/First out” and satisfy the kit booking planning

Collaboration with customers service/Field force about discrepancies between Return & inspection

item and customer purchase order

Collaboration with warehouse department regarding activities on Kitroom scope

Optimization of laboraties’s space for continue improvement of the workflows

Promote and disseminate Culture Compliance Company (compliance and ethical behavior)

Satisfy ad disseminate Quality Culture and respect of procedures of the Company giving particular attention to Dl.lgs 81/2008

Minimum Qualifications

Educational: A levels or higher (or equivalent)

Similar experience in medical background desiderable but not essential. Engineer/production environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Past position should involve working with people

Experience in managing kits physically

At least one year experience in the same role

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Knowledge of relevant computer application (excel, word, powerpoint, etc)

Knowledge of administrative procedures

Product knowledge

Fluency in english is a preferred skill
