Role Purpose

We are seeking for a strong, creative and analytical Social Media Advertising Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing and managing Paid Social campaigns, mainly on Facebook and Instagram, reporting directly to the Social Media Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • The day-to-day operations of paid social campaigns, including the creation of campaigns, targeting strategy and optimization

  • Overseeing and optimizing paid social campaigns, in particular branding, awareness, engagement and cvm campaigns

  • Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate campaign spending and monitor/improve performance

  • Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions

  • Monitoring social trends, best practices and techniques

  • Coordinating the production of creative materials (texts, images, videos), optimized for each social platform for brand awareness and to drive traffic

  • A/B testing different ad components and formats to optimize the strategy

  • Identifying target audience

  • Monitoring advertising progress for the overall business goals and bottom line

The ideal candidate has at least 1-3 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns for an e-commerce. Experience with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc...), marketing partners (Smartly, MakeMeReach etc…) and analytics platforms (SimplyMeasured, Crimson Hexagon, etc…).

Other qualifications include:

  • Strong MS Office skills, proven experience in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals

  • A passion for the Internet in general and fashion e-commerce in particular

  • Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in English
