The Role

The Role: Hr Admin Fix Contract

The job holder of this position works within the HR team in Italy, assisting the Country HR Manager in implementing and strengthening human resources initiatives

Main tasks:

  • 5 years’ previous experience in HR Administration and Payroll within the HR in a multinational Company.

  • Manages full cycle personnel administration process, cooperating with the external payroll provider and with the internal finance office.

  • Coordinates the document/information flow between the company and the external payroll provider, guaranteeing that payroll process is timely and correct.

  • Assures document’s storage.

  • Prepares hiring letters, employment and changes contracts.

  • Checks/Manages issues related to: presence/absence, sickness, maternity leave, holidays, other leaves.

  • Brings up to date the HR database.

  • Provides information to top management and all employees about payslips, contracts and any other matters related to personnel administration.

  • Organizes medical examinations.

  • Prepares all the requested HR documents and reports, implement policies and procedures.

  • Support in interpreting local employment legislation on HR hard matters.

  • Organizes mandatory medical visits.

  • Provides training related to HR Admin, during the Induction Program TIME & ATTENDANCE

  • Manages Time & Attendance tool cooperating with the external payroll provider.

  • He/she is the point of contact for all employees regarding T&A issues.

  • Assures that T&A and payroll processes are timely an well structured.

The Requirements

  • English Level C1/C2

  • Good knowledge of one of the main T&A local software tool.

  • Oracle knowledge is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of principles, methods and practices related to personnel administration and payroll activities.

  • Good knowledge of labour relations laws, practices and trends.

  • Good knowledge of “CCNL Commercio”.
