For a 6 months internship we are looking for an entry level professional passionate about Human Resources. The identified candidate will have the chance to learn and work in an international environment, supporting HR practices, business strategy.
Support HR operational processes (e.g. on-boarding/off-boarding, Oracle maintenance, internal procedures).
Partner with managers to support performance management, hiring plan and internal redeployment.
Collaborate with the HR managers team, recruiting team, Compensation & Benefits, Labor & Employment on specific tasks.
Actively support HR initiatives (including but not limited to awarding, engagement, competency model, talent development).
Monitor HR metrics and formulate action plans based on results. Qualifications/Requirements:
University Degree preferrably in Law, Psychology or Business Administration
Fluent both in English and Italian.
Curious, humble and creative.
Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive and Self starter
Able to multitask and prioritize
Committed to improvement
Team Player in a dynamic, energetic and positive environment.
PowerPoint, Word & Excel Proficiency
EU Work Permit Desired Characteristics:
Master degree in Human Resources related field
