As the Manager – Risk & Compliance, you will:
Work with all the key stakeholders (GE Digital Technology Risk & Compliance, GE Aviation, GE Digital and Avio Aero leadership) to create a process that ensures compliance to relevant technical regulations for our business and its products while delivering on our customers’ expectations in a timely way.
Ensure all the members of our extended team (Avio Aero sites, GE Aviation, GE Digital) are always up to speed, contributing and aligned with our strategy, providing content and deliver status updates.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Coordinate contractors that manage Risk & Compliance initiatives.
Managing multiple projects independently, delivering on promises and proving timely status updates to the Risk & Compliance leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering or related disciplines.
Very strong professional experience in Information Technology and Risk & Compliance.
Competencies in Agile and Scrum Methodologies. Able to use Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive change.
Deep knowledge of Project Management methodology.
Proven analytical and problem resolution skills.
Focused on objectives and delivery disciplined.
Effective team player and contributor.
Legal authorization to work in the specified locations with no need for company sponsorship.
Must be willing to travel.
Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).
Experience in IT general controls, IT Risk assessment and Audit or Advisory, and a good understanding of current technology trends.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence and build consensus with other teams and leadership.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Motivated to grow, proactive and able to set own action plans (Independent in work activities and execution).
CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP or equivalent certification.
Knowledge of ISO27000 Information Security standards and NIST Cybersecurity framework would be considered a significant plus.
