The Role

The job consists in customer full assistance about policy conditions and purchasing process, particularly through dedicated web sites. Assistance is provided by phone or e.mail.

There is a little part of administrative and accounting management which consists in policy amendments or premium matching and transferring.

The Requirements

Bachelor degree in Economics/Legal area;

Good communication and relational skills;

Good knowledge of Office tools;

Very good knowledge of Excel;

Good knowledge of English Language;

A previous experience in a call center role is a nice to have.
