Job Summary :

The role is part of the Facility & Maintenance Department, providing technical ability to manage complex projects related to the important site equipment park (press machines, welding technology, motor production...), the site core technology content (SS technology, Motor Production technology) and the site overall sustainability impact.

Essential Duties/ Principal Responsibilities :

  • TPM strategy for the site in order to maximize OEE and productivity

  • Identify, structure and lead cost reduction project related with the Controllable Cost buckets of the site

  • Identify, structure and lead sustainability and ergonomic improvement projects for the site

  • Flexibility in order allow the F&M Team to be on site during special project, jobs (weekend, holiday period,

Qualifications: Education , Experience , Skills , Abilities , License/Certification :

Required Qualifications:

Minimal education & experience, essential skills & abilities and required license/certification to perform this job.

  • Previous specific experience in similar role (3-5 years) in structured company

  • Master of Engineering (preferably Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics) orequivalent
