Training Path

The candidate will be involved in these following activities:

Supporting and monitoring Customer Care organization:

  • Liaise with external suppliers and relevant internal contacts in order to find the needed information to formulate ad-hoc responses and follow up on escalated cases

  • Review and periodically update the Customer Care tools and templates used across the Regions to improve clarity in communication, effectiveness and consistency at WW level

  • Monitor the quality of the responses provided, suggesting improvements when needed

  • Manage potential system issues that might prevent the Customer Care teams to reply to clients inquiries promptly

First management of customer enquiries:

  • Reply to customer enquiries according to guidelines

  • Coordinate with other functions for managing complex requests

    Support CRM team in the following activities:

  • Develop drafts for internal documents

  • Degree in Business Administration/Communication/Languages

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language is a plus

  • Good knowledge of Ms Office, in particular Excel and Power Point

  • Ability to team-work under pressure

  • Highly proactive, problem-solver and detail oriented

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • A prior experience in Retail or Customer Care roles will be considered a plus
