This person will support Hologic manage, coordinate and develop complex strategic accounts such as
multi-centers, multi business and international. They will also lead the development of new sources of revenue such as Non-Gyn, Fibronectin & New tests. This person will also be an advocate for new national screening guideline recommendations -HPV & Mgen.
ROLE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams as well as HOLX partnership teams to:
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
Improve the entire customer experience
Identify customer needs, engage and manage the correct resources, maintain proactive communications and exceed client expectations. In order to achieve this the candidate will have a proven ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders, including:-Technicians, KOLs, Administrators, Payors, and Researchers.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit for HOLX and not only sales
Potentially, the candidate will need also to manage directly or indirectly KAMs or Applications Specialists
High command of English
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Scientific background would be advantageous
Healthcare industry experience required preferably in the Diagnostic environment ( Grad +8)
Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
Experience in the area of Market Access is highly advantageous
Strong analytical abilities & financial acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
