The resource will be included in the Company HR Organization & Talent Management Department; he/she will support the Training & Development Manager in managing development and training activities according to the Corporate Strategy and priorities of the business. In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:


  • Identify learning opportunity to develop people strategy, co-designing trainings in partnership with the supplier with a focus on innovative ways of learning, including digital and e-learning solutions

  • Ensure the execution and the monitoring of the corporate training plans from the training need analysis to feedback collection, guarantee high standards of quality

  • Manage logistic and organizational aspects of trainings

  • Analyze feedback and prepare reports after the training activities

  • Tracking of the training events/activities through the update of the SAP information system


  • Give support in rolling-out the induction program for the new corporate employees

  • Support the Performance Management process activities management with training material's preparation and ad hoc reporting

  • Participate in the Talent Review process with the preparation of analysis and reports


  • Manage the training programs through funded channels in partnership with the supplier

  • Support the management of the training activities' budget and preparation of monthly expenses reports

  • Master Degree in Economics or Humanities

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in carrying out Training & Development activities

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Be comfortable and have experience in working with staff at international level

  • Creativity, proactive problem Solving, precision, organizational skills, good standing and communication skill

  • Analysis and synthesis ability

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)

  • IT abilities (use of PC, in particular Excel and Power Point)

  • Team working attitude and flexibility
